Horrible experience buying my vehicle. The salesman and financial manager tried to fraudulently add $5000 to my loan, lied about being able to remove the Xzilon and Advance 5 Protection Bu The salesman and financial manager tried to fraudulently add $5000 to my loan, lied about being able to remove the Xzilon and Advance 5 Protection Bundle, and the salesman manager lied to us about having the vehicle inspected by an Audi dealership after I drove off of the lot and had “Turn Engine Off”, “Low Coolant”, and “Low Tire Pressure Lights” come on. I had to find an O’Rileys at 9:00 PM in Milwaukee add antifreeze because it was dangerously below the minimum line. Then I discovered Russ Darrow changed two of the tires but did not put on the same size when they purchased the car. When Russ Darrow “inspected” it, they told me the antifreeze was in the normal range and I should buy two new tires. I would NEVER recommend this company. NEVER. More

Working with this dealer was stressful and did not feel transparent. While we loved working with the sales consultant Robyn, I did not appreciate the sales tactics used by Justin the sales manager or Aleja transparent. While we loved working with the sales consultant Robyn, I did not appreciate the sales tactics used by Justin the sales manager or Alejandro the financing manager. They tried to give me an ultimatum to force me into financing so they could make money, and ended up taking a lower offer in cash anyways. Did not feel appreciated as a customer, despite the amount of money I was paying for a car off their lot. Walked away never wanting to do business there again because it was such an uncomfortable experience. Robyn was the only positive about working with them. More
