Brought in my Camaro for the 2nd recall software up date. Had an appointment at 12PM and arrived at 11:44AM. Car gets checked in gentleman says about an hr 2 hr wait. I said that’s okay. Almost 2 hrs passed and my car is still parked outside by the lobby. I check in with the guy and he walks back to check in. He says it will be worked on in about 10 minutes. 30 minutes pass by and I see another lady get helped and she came way after me so that’s where I spoke to the service manager about the whole situation and I was irritated. It was not busy at all and there were no cars in the queue. I posted a negative google review with pics to prove a point that they were not busy. That’s when the manager takes initiative and checks in on the guy and he himself gave me the car. At this point the damage has been done and the manager tells me he doesn’t want to lose business. I straight told him that I won’t be coming back here at all and will take the car to camino real Chevrolet where initially purchased the car from. it took almost 3 hrs to get my car serviced for the recall and it was not busy at all. Last time I took my Camaro in march for the 1st recall it wasn’t that long. Then I brought my Camaro for an oil change in may and didn’t take that long. More

I bought a new car for 5 months, drove more than 10,000 miles, and repaired it three times. I'm really speechless. I just repaired it once last week, and now it shows that there is a problem.
