I like the service however, I do not like the constant pressure requesting service appointments. Literally 2 weeks ago I had my Silverado service and I’m already getting calls for my next service appointm pressure requesting service appointments. Literally 2 weeks ago I had my Silverado service and I’m already getting calls for my next service appointments. When I purchased my Silverado diesel truck I was sold on only servicing my truck every 7,500 miles not every 3,000 miles. Please make sure to address this issue with the appropriate department. Dominic and Manny were extremely helpful and provided great customer service throughout our visit. They were friendly, patient, and made the process easy to understand. The only downside to our experience was the amount of time we had to wait for financing. We were at the dealership for about 4.5 hours, which was especially challenging since we had our children with us and didn’t have anyone to watch them.
