Clean dealership, but didn't appreciate my 2012 Santa Fe being described as "vintage". I scheduled an appointment in a 3 days ahead. Everything was done fast, less then in 2 hours waiting. The staff were friendly. Place looked nice and clean. However, my appointment was for 1pm, I arrived on time and had to wait 10 minutes to check in as the girl was busy. I left my car as I made an appointment a few weeks in advance for a recall. I was told they could uber me home but I had to find my own way back. So I returned home, no phone calls to say the car was ready, nothing, just be back before 5 I was told. So I called at 4pm, three times, hung up on the first time, not on purpose I am sure, second time put to voice mail and third time, I said please don't put me on hold or send me to voicemail, I just want to know is my car ready as I had someone who could take me at that time. They said yes. I am 20 mins drive or so away. So I got there, the man said sorry, we need to replace your camera which was the recall, but we didn't do anything as we don't have them in stock, so you have to come back when the part comes in. I was told they would also wash my car complimentary. Well, a wasted day, no car wash, no repairs done and I am back to start. Waste of my time and day, gas, and friends time and no calls. I left my Yeti cup at the dealership. No call to say you left your cup if you are looking for it. I mention this because I have my name and phone number engraved on the cup. When I called the attendant said oh yes it is here, you can come pick it up. So to say the least, a frustrating, waste of time and money kind of day with no results. Why make an appointment when you can't service the car or at least say we will take a look and if there is a problem we will have to order the part. Instead, it will take us 2-3 hours to be told, we can't do it as we don't have the part. I am sure this doesn't happen every time, so my review was for this visit only. I just moved to this area and will need service in the future so praying it will be better the next time or I will be looking for another place to service the car. More

This was the longest time I had to wait for an oil change (1 hour 45 min) . I was prepared to wait as long as it took, so I kept busy..I was told up front that it would take that long beforehand, so I really (1 hour 45 min) . Having an appointment at the Naples location doesn’t matter. I have been left sitting from 2-4 hours for a simple oil change. Meanwhile, the work on the car was done and moved back to the lot and I pers matter. I have been left sitting from 2-4 hours for a simple oil change. Meanwhile, the work on the car was done and moved back to the lot and I personally had to ask to be checked out. I have yet to have a positive experience at Naples Hyundai. The people in the office don’t seem to have any idea of who is doing what and they all seem very easily distracted and overwhelmed. I received a text message asking if I’d like a quote on the vehicle to sell while I was at the dealership. I am still waiting for the quote. Ft. Myers was able to get me in and out both times I visited. The only reason I keep bringing it back for service at this location is the warranty. More
