I came in for a state inspection on the vehicle that was purchased here. I had wait another 45 minutes after receiving a text stating my inspection had been completed and that I could read the service repor purchased here. I had wait another 45 minutes after receiving a text stating my inspection had been completed and that I could read the service report, making my total wait time over an hour and a half. The woman who was working the service desk, who checked me out, was extremely rude and condescending, when speaking to me she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. Then when I and I asked about a coupon that I received through email she was very upset that I didn’t bring it up right away when I walked in even though she made it seem like she busy to deal with me at that she. She also seemed to be blaming me, as if it was my fault that there was not enough staff working that day. I do understand that working in a service industry can be stressful and frustrating when short staffed but I hadn’t complained about the wait or the price of the state inspection, I was just hoping to get the discount price like the coupon stated. With that being said I do not appreciate being treated as an inconvenience when all I was trying to do was get my car inspected. More

The service department doesn’t know what they are doing! The plug your car and if it says nothing is wrong they don’t know how to troubleshoot the problem! There is something clearly wrong with the my car but they plugged it in! I have heat until k come to a stop and my temperature gage goes all the way down do you can’t see it! I haa a ve had the car since August 3021 and never have seen this or felt the heat go cold but they are telling it normal! I’m so disappointed in the service I have received! Someone should do something about this! More

Excellent recent service… driving in for an oil change with a $43,000.00 vehicle this dealership actually treats you with respect. Have purchased 7 Hondas from Dover Honda.. However, American Honda is with a $43,000.00 vehicle this dealership actually treats you with respect. Have purchased 7 Hondas from Dover Honda.. However, American Honda is very rude, condescending, and could care less about repeat customers. Although I love Honda vehicles, my 2021 passport will be my last. More
