They took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find the right vehicle that fit my needs, and made sure the test drive and negotiation went smoothly. I really appreciated their professionalism and honesty — it made the entire buying process stress-free. However, my experience with the finance department wasn’t as positive. The finance representative I worked with seemed inexperienced and uncertain about several key details. It took much longer than expected to finalize the paperwork, and some explanations about the financing options lacked clarity. While everything eventually got sorted out, it did make the closing process less enjoyable compared to the excellent service I received from the sales team. Overall, I’m very happy with the car and truly appreciate the great work from the sales side, but I hope the dealership can improve training and communication in the finance department to make the experience smoother for future customers. More
