Thank you for sharing. Unfortunately, as your invoice states we don't generally accept refunds on Special Order Parts. That's because those warehouses charge restocking fees and there is a shipping cost to return them to the warehouse. Hopefully, you can appreciate us accepting the return in this scenario and just charging the restocking fee and paying the shipping cost on your behalf. I know it's not the ultimate resolution you are looking for but we believe we have stepped up to help. We have also forwarded your concern to the parts warehouse with your item. Please let us know if we can help with any future parts and service needs.

What we did to assist you was meant to show you how much we value your current and previous business. This is not the first time I’ve received poor customer service from this clerk. Multiple times he has not applied my wholesale discount and I’ve had to come in person to handle because he has said he would refund on the phone but never does. I’m a regular customer that has spent several thousand dollars in your parts department and this is the first time I’ve refused to take a part I’ve ordered so this is extremely petty to charge this. Also, the part did not include the cover which I was told it would when I placed the order. It’s clear from this response that customers are not important so I’ll take my business elsewhere.
