I had gotten my cat serviced twice This review is about the service department only. It has nothing to do wit my experience at the dealership itself. I had gotten my cat serviced twice since I purchased my car back in October last year. The first time I got there on a Saturday around 8 am. There was no line for the "express" lane. Yet it took about 1:30 hours to get an oil change. They claim they do an inspection of the car, but at that particular point my cat had no windshield fluid and they didn't replenish it. The second time I needed an oil change and yearly inspection. I was told it'd take an hour and a half. After more than two hours I inquired about the expected timeframe. They told me the car wa ready, but as I walked towards it, i noticed the inspection had not be done. They took the car back which took another half an hour. I spent 3 hours getting a simple oil change and an inspection which normally takes an hour tops in other service center. I did not get an apology or anything of the sort for that terrible waste of time. More
