Fantastic Experience & Professionalism I drove down from Pittsburgh PA to purchase an Alfa 4C land edition from Alberto and Omar on Saturday 5/30/2015. I was running a bit late due to thund I drove down from Pittsburgh PA to purchase an Alfa 4C land edition from Alberto and Omar on Saturday 5/30/2015. I was running a bit late due to thunderstorms coming down as well as unscheduled food break, but I walked into the dealership and Alberto was at the door and greeted me by name and offered both myself, my girlfriend, and my friend a beverage while they pulled the car around for me to review. While the car was being pulled around, Scott (the service manager) introduced himself to me as he is the person I initially liaised with on the car. I think everyone could tell how excited I was about the car. After I walked around the car and finished some paper work with Alberto, Omar came out while I was playing in the car to walk me over to complete the sale. The price I received on the car was fantastic and very competitive, especially for a car so rare. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgable about a fairly rare car. I have already recommended Criswell to some friends and will continue to do so all the way from Pittsburgh! I met the service manager along with everyone in sales. These guys are not your typical car sales guys. I got a good deal, good value for my trade and now I am driving in my new Ghibli. After a short negotiation, they had all of the paperwork ready for when I showed up and it was very smooth. The only thing that they didn't offer (and I didn't know to ask for) was to drill into the bumper for the front plate, which is required in VA. I had to take it in for a separate service appointment after the fact. Regardless, it was a good experience, and I'm comfortable with the price we paid and the service received. More

Purchase new Maserati Grand Turismo Price was the most competitive I could find on the east coast. I traveled from New Hope, Pa to test drive. And then purchase the car. Both Alberto a Price was the most competitive I could find on the east coast. I traveled from New Hope, Pa to test drive. And then purchase the car. Both Alberto and Omar were fair and curtious and steered me in the right direction in going with a 3 year lease vs purchase. I intend to come back in 3 years and lease another Maserati, either another Grand Turismo or the new Alfiari. Anastasia and the head of the service dept ( I forget his name) were a pleasure to work with as well. Ps love the car! More
