Unfortunately, the reality is that sales will do whatever it takes to close the deal regardless of the issues, including misleading and misrepresenting the facts. The Sales Rep failed to set up a call, and when reached, he said, "I completely forgot about it since I have too many things on my plate." I emailed the Finance manager, and there was no response. Very unsettling and negative experience and will not recommend Red Hagland, Alberto Valcarce, and Mohament Gafur under any circumstance. More
