This dealership is horrible. They do their salesmanship pitch and act so customer focused when they are selling you a car, but they are not for the customer. They are quick to up-sell you everything from gap insurance to an extended warranty plan but have every excuse when you take your car and tell them the warranty contract covers bumper to bumper. Without seeing our car, the service person said the issues at hand may not be covered and we would have to pay $230 separate diagnostic fee for each issue we identified and there are three issues: power seats not moving forward or back, AC not working at times unless I restart the vehicle, and my computer monitor went completely black one day last week as I was driving. We paid $2499 for extended warranty, bought the car here, have brought it in for service here, purchased tires here, brakes, etc. I was over-charged for an oil change at $150 on 3/15/24. When the vehicle was a couple months old, the battery died, and the dealer was quick to want to sell us a new battery - Batteries are covered for 36 months. They also wanted to sell us brakes at a couple months old which of course we didn't get because we didn't need them. These people are the worse. Consumers beware. More

Rude customer service. They tried having my wife pay $600 plus for the 30 thousand mile service without showing other service options packages nor asking her. When I got there I asked the man about the estimate and he ignored me. Then he said it wasn't him. I asked my wife again and she pointed the same man out and said yes that's him. I asked him again and he said he never checked our car in and I pointed at our car in their service area and said yes you did it's there. He snapped at me rudely and tried walking off. I followed him and asked since you're not being honest with me who can I speak to and he began calling for what I assume was his supervisor. I believe his name was Alberto. When I told him we just want the regular service he said ok and we left. When we came back for our car I tried asking Alberto why my wife wasn't given an option on the service packages and just told that estimate was over $600. He lied as well and said he did. There would be no reason my wife would be lying. I was heading down there behind her to pick her up as we dropped the car off to begin with. She called me as I'm coming around the corner to tell me they were trying to charge $600 for the car. Anyway I tried asking this Alberto and he just brushed me off and kept saying no no no. And when I told him about the rude employee he did the same thing, just laughed it off and ushered me out of his office. More
