For the purchase of my last car in December of 2018, I did not get a good vibe from the first salesman I spoke to, so I left. I was lucky to work with AJ for round two. AJ made the buying experience as smooth and quick as it could be, going out of his way to bring the car to me for a test drive and handling much of the paperwork behind the scenes so that I did not have to. He was charming and calm throughout. And Bob Bradbury in parts is the kindest, most thoughtful individual one could hope for during a car crisis. In fact, everyone in parts and service has been spectacular. Whenever I play with the idea of leaving the Honda family, I consider losing the service I receive at Manly and start planning again for my next Honda. More
