Although bought CT5 from Bayway SW, it didn't make sense to tow that far. Didn't know about Big Star. Best dealership. All were concerned about my one year old car stranding me multiple times. They were to tow that far. Didn't know about Big Star. Best dealership. All were concerned about my one year old car stranding me multiple times. They were persistent and my car has been reliable for three weeks with multiple short trips. I consider them family. More

Easy to drive in and drop off my car. Albert was very professional and easy to deal with! When my car needed a part that would take several days to come in Albert took care of me and got Albert was very professional and easy to deal with!
