Came in to buy a car. Had an appointment. Went to dealership and the person we were to meet was not even there. We met with Dre instead. He took us to 98 n location to tes Had an appointment. Went to dealership and the person we were to meet was not even there. We met with Dre instead. He took us to 98 n location to test drive the car. When we got there, a man was standing at the car and talking to his sales rep. Dre asked him if car was available, he said yes. So we test drove back to dealership and told Dre we wanted car. Dre wanted to show us all the bells and whistles. I happened to walk inside and saw that same man talking to his sale rep. I went into office were the finance guys were. I asked them if they would double check to make sure said gentleman wasn’t buying the car. He assured us it was ours. Went back outside and asked Dre about the man, he told us we were fine. Now our name was already in the computer for the car. We were already pre approved for car too. Once it was time to sign on dotted line did we find out car was sold!! To That Man! Then they said we have another one. Went to go test drive it and the car wasn’t even on lot, but it had been sent to shop for warranty stuff. Then we were told we could put a down payment on that car OR just finish paperwork and the car would be ours. There is no way I would buy a car without driving it. What a joke. Called manager next day to talk about what happened. HE HAS YET TO CALL ME BACK! Crappy service! Bunch of liars all around. I do NOT blame our salesman at all. He was going by what he had been told. When I went in the night to buy my car. They were nice so we would buy. Had a deal to get a gift card to come in to dealership. Never rec’d My car was delivered and had one small piece th They were nice so we would buy. Had a deal to get a gift card to come in to dealership. Never rec’d My car was delivered and had one small piece that was messed up as it was delivered to my house. So week later I took my car into the dealership and the finance guy looked at it and said yeah we can take care of that no problem. Said the part would be ordered and he would call when he got them in. Never rec’d a call so I called back a week later and was told that they wouldn’t cover the $150 issue. I’m not happy with the car lot and by far will NEVER by a car or recommend anyone to this dealership. I will deal with a dealership that takes care or their customers and are honest with them and transparent about their intentions to make sure they get the car fixed. You can’t do business like this and stay in business. Winter Haven Nissan I think I would’ve been happier with. More
