Personable, professional, but real and approachable. My husband and I loved her! The process was so easy. We drove the Flex, looked it over, stated our minor concerns. Q made arrangements to fix the 2 minor issues and we bought it. In the end, Lorenzo, the Finance guy, was great too. Very informational, but not overly pushy. He made the finance process fly and seem painless. Usually we dread the car buying process, this was super easy and actually fun. Loved this staff and would buy from them specifically again! Loved Albert, Laquita, and Lorenzo... the Dream Team as far as I am concerned!!!! More
