I brought my Lincoln in for an oil change and asked them to look at the back seat armrest as it would not open. I was quoted a price of $104.00 to replace it. When I arrived home, I thought hmmm, maybe I should try one more time before spending $104.00 on a new one, so I looked at my key ring and decided to use the small circular key ring as it seemed small enough to fit in the corner of the arm rest without causing any damage. To my surprise the cup holder glided out of the armrest without hesitation, it was stuck NOT broken, as I was told. I wiped the cup holder off, even though it was not dirty, and since then it has opened every time. Was this not addressed by the mechanic because I am a woman, because of incentive, was he even told to assess it? I do not know. I thought about blasting Klaben on Facebook but thought that it would not be fair to Klaben as a whole, since I feel, I was lied to by the intake person. More
