It was great over all. Oil change was completed, and the small battery was replaced (2nd one). Only issue was tires were not rotated or leak fixed due to low thread measurement. So now I still have a leaking tire and may need new tires. There's still some thread left and immediate new tires aren't quite needed yet. So a quick tire plug could have been done while I search for new tires. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the guy in the service dept who waited on me. So the person I picked before may not be correct, but the survey wouldn't allow me to continue without picking someone. More

My only complaint is with how long it took to get the service scheduled. The issue was a minor one, and I hope if there is a major issue that it could be addressed faster. To be fair, in this case the car was drivable and didn't cause major issues. More
