Not very customer oriented.
I made an appointment included shuttle service back home while I wait for service to be done but they said no service in Saturday. So I waited 2-hour
I made an appointment included shuttle service back home while I wait for service to be done but they said no service in Saturday. So I waited 2-hours there at dealership. While waiting some of the sales team were loud, slapping the walls more than once and had conversations between themselves that should have been behind closed doors. Coffee area was dirty and trash can was overflowing. Restrooms were nice and clean.

Took 3 & 1/2 Hours !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! While they beat each other off & then called & said paperwork was wrong.
