Hi I’m Alayna! I grew up in Chelsea, MI and recently moved to Monroe, MI in February of 2019. I have 3 dogs, and enjoy watching sports, spending time with family, bike riding and traveling. My favorite vacation place is Captiva, Florida. I grew up around the automotive industry and have been learning as much as I possibly can to help my customers have the best experience. Worked with this dealer twice. Both times we had significant savings. I worked with Alayna twice and she was fantastic. So was Michael in finance. You won't meet a salesperson as genuine and down to earth as Alayna. If you're ready to buy, go to her. Hands down. However, if you're just starting your shopping experience, stay away from Allen. I genuinely feel bad because I ended up going somewhere completely different after the sales manager came in to "seal the deal" when I stated repeatedly that I was there to look, value my trade, and wanted to return to see different models they had coming. I knew I would be buying, I wanted to use Allen because they are local, I just didn't want to buy that day....I wanted at least to see 1 different model of Chevy. The SM tried to use the shortages to get me to drop $1000 that day to 'secure both vehicles " I expressed interest in. He wouldn't take no for an answer until I had to say it for a 6th time. Truly just sour taste in my mouth. Again, Alayna....stellar. I genuinely wanted to give her my business, but my experience with that Sales Manager Danny Ruiz....I don't know when I'll be back.
