Everyone at this dealership seemed unhappy. No one made any attempts to make eye contact, conversation, or even smile. I am thrilled with my vehicle, but the experience was frustrating and disorganized. My sales person, Alan, seemed unfamiliar with most of the features on my vehicle. I essentially set it up by myself once I arrived home. In addition, despite submitting all my information several days ahead of time, the process took nearly 4 1/2 hours, over an hour of which I spent sitting alone, doing nothing, at my salesperson‘s desk. I was told they would “make it up to me”, but have heard and received nothing. I also made two attempts to contact Alan after the sale, and those messages were ignored. I had a very lengthy wait for Dora and the final paperwork, but she was apologetic and efficient. More
