This is the most unprofessional and unsafe dealership experience I have ever had, and I strongly advise anyone to think twice before doing business with Shottenkirk CDJR Granbury. I purchased a used 2 experience I have ever had, and I strongly advise anyone to think twice before doing business with Shottenkirk CDJR Granbury. I purchased a used 2025 Ram 1500 on 12/06/2025. The paperwork stated 1,490 miles, yet the truck left the lot with over 3,100 miles. Within a day, the vehicle started experiencing major electrical failures, including: • Complete shutdowns during start/stop • Non-functional or intermittently failing digital gauges • Door lock failures • Electrical/communication irregularities across multiple systems After inspecting the wiring myself, I discovered clear evidence of prior technician access in critical areas: disturbed harness tape, improperly latched connectors, and wiring around the BCM/Gateway that was visibly not in factory condition. None of this was disclosed before the sale. I contacted the dealership immediately. Not only did they ignore my messages, but the sales manager who left a voicemail has refused to return any calls since. What happened next was shocking: The dealership blocked my email address from reaching anyone in their company. Blocking a customer’s email—especially when that customer is reporting serious safety defects—says everything you need to know about how they operate after the sale. It appears they had no intention of responding or addressing the issue. Meanwhile, they listed my trade-in for sale on their website almost immediately, despite the fact that my complaint was still unresolved and they refused to communicate. I now have extensive documentation: • Photos and videos of disturbed wiring • Mileage discrepancies • Screenshots confirming email blocking • Logs of unreturned calls • Evidence of electrical malfunctions Because the dealership has effectively cut off communication, I am forced to escalate the matter to Stellantis, the Texas DMV, the Texas Attorney General, OCCC, the FTC, and NHTSA. No customer should ever have to deal with a dealership that sells a vehicle with undisclosed electrical issues, refuses to respond when those issues surface, and then blocks the customer from contacting them. This is not just poor service—it’s evasive, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. Proceed with extreme caution if you plan to buy here. More

I have bought 9 new vehicles over the years and Ram Granbury was by far the best Dealer experience I’ve ever had. All their employees were friendly, customer focused and highly trained. The facility is outstanding and pristine. The 2 hour drive to get there was more than worth it with my old school expectations exceeded. More
