We had a specific car that we wanted and needed in a timely manner. Alan was able to locate one and spent a lot of time helping us with the ins and outs of all the new technology and special features t timely manner. Alan was great for both our initial Lincoln lease and subsequent purchase. He is super knowledgeable about the Lincoln line and made sure we understood all the bells and whistles that the car was equipp subsequent purchase.
