2019 Highlander I have been dealing with Faulkner Toyota ever since I purchased my first Highlander back in 2004. I had that vehicle for 15 years with over 185,000 m I have been dealing with Faulkner Toyota ever since I purchased my first Highlander back in 2004. I had that vehicle for 15 years with over 185,000 miles on it before I traded it in for 2019 Highlander just this past August. I have received nothing but fantastic service every time a brought my vehicle in for service. In the service department my service adviser has been and still is Shannon Haughney. He is very up front with explaining things that my vehicle may require and gets me in and out as quickly as possible. When I purchased my new Highlander this past August, I had the "privilege" of meeting and dealing with Alan Rhode. What can I say, he is "one of kind". In all seriousness though, he is a true professional. I was treated like I knew him my entire life. He explained everything to me in detail as to the operating functions of the new Highlander. I told him that I really hated to depart with my 04 Highlander because it had a cassette tape player. I would definitely recommend my new car salesman, Alan Rhode to anyone looking to purchase a new Toyota. More

I checked the info on the car door for correct air pressure. Went to WAWA. You set the air pressure and it will go off automatically once it reaches the amount you input. I did this an indicator tire check went off. But it came on in about 5 minutes. I called Alan, and he set up an appointment for me with the service department. Blaise, in the service department had all my information when I came in. Problem was, I had a nail in the tire. This was covered under the warranty. So I got a new tire and was on my way. Faulkner, Alan & Blaise made it so easy. It’s so nice to deal with a company where service after the sale is a important component. More
