This review is being written and it may not be in order of events because I’m really ticked on how this all was handled, the emotions of what this underhanded dealership put me through to have a sale is ri of events because I’m really ticked on how this all was handled, the emotions of what this underhanded dealership put me through to have a sale is ridiculous. I’m a veteran military cop and being taken advantage of is disgusting. Shows a complete disrespect for my service to the country. Running a credit report of my credit for themselves is wrong. The only credit report should be run is through ALLY who they use which is one hit to a persons credit score. This used Audi was via this dealerships own paperwork inspected. If that had been true why the heat shield tape on the heat shield attempting to cover holes in the heat shield. The engine air filter was covered in leaves dried out leaves indicating never changed or looked at, oil change was lied about then oh will change it, brakes clunking noise and the salesperson claims oh that’s shifting of weight of vehicle. lol I’m a tiny person. It’s an issue that still remains. The license plate was put on half rear ended. When brought to the attention the dealership eventually ordered a new bracket which caused me to to drive over an hour back to the dealership again and wait. Charged for my veteran plate that I brought with and never given back the $151.00 dollars by this dealership. Veterans with IS plates don’t pay for plates. Yet this deal ship charged me. Cabin filter was dirty and they never changed that. Audi in st Charles changed it and I paid for the cabin filter. Fluids were not topped off per this dealership. Per their inspection report. Tons of brake dust, again brakes weren’t inspected per this dealership inspection report. Salesperson claimed vehicle was traded in from older people that live in a high rise in highland park yet vehicle is more of a 20-30 year old wrapped in black without the aluminum, engine intake valve has a improper part that will need to be removed and replaced. Car stinks like must mildew and smoke. This dealership claims that odor bombed it. No they didn’t because I’m paying to have it taken care of. No respect for my anaphylactic allergies to mold, mildew, dust and smoke. The Audi was not taken off property the day it was pitched this past June 24, 2025. On June 26 my husband and I had to drive back up to dealership to get vehicle and the clunking noise was discovered and nothing done. The finance guy Alan never gave me the $151.00 dollars and readded it into my financing without lowering the price-in other words the financing amount would have change it didn’t. Oh he’ll stand up to shake my husbands hand and not stand for a veteran female military cop. Had to drive again to sit and wait for heat shield and engine filter to replaced. Ignoring my repeated requests for the above, not returning phone calls. The financing department was supposed to remove their credit inquiry to and in my credit report as I didn’t authorize that. I authorized only for ALLY yet that didn’t happen from this underhanded dealership. The comments of were a Mercedes dealership. Da, then don’t buy or take trade ins of other vehicles. Don’t tell me that I can’t have a loaner because I bought an Audi from you and the cars are reserved for the people that buy your Mercedes. It’s just rude while I had to use my time and tolls to drive back and forth and take away from my day or my husband’s and our income. Yet you like the income to your dealership just like screwing over a veteran! dealership clearly has no ethics. I bet the owner the first day Imjust by chance as I pulled up after short test drive with Carlos. Indifferent to him. Too busy..lol. As to Carlos I don’t care to hear shout your wife and her younger age. Keep your personal life to yourself. Don’t need to hear about how much younger she is it comes off like you are a man that chases younger women or puts your wife in a bad light. Further Carlos told my husband and I that we had looked under the hood. We had never looked under it, nor I by myself. More

I came into the dealership to test drive an X3. I wasn’t necessarily planning to buy, but I liked the car and Carlos made the experience really wonderful. Those two factors are what made me decide I wasn’t necessarily planning to buy, but I liked the car and Carlos made the experience really wonderful. Those two factors are what made me decide to come back on Monday and purchase. Carlos is super friendly and approachable. He got me in the car for a test drive very quickly and the entire process for financing and plate transfer and trade-in was done super fast. The team is very professional and they treat customers like real people. I didn’t have to deal with any long wait times or prices of post it notes or relentless negotiations. Carlos is a big reason why I bought the car and I can’t recommend the buying experience enough even for preowned cars. Thank you Carlos and Autohaus On Edens! I love my new car and the process was painless! More
