Sales service was fine, but post-sales service is unacceptable. The title and registration department is disorganized-and slow; it is extremely poor and a big let down. It felt as if they completely unacceptable. The title and registration department is disorganized-and slow; it is extremely poor and a big let down. It felt as if they completely lacked accountability. Their third party vendor is reaching out to me a month and a week after the purchase for more documentation with emergency timeline during the holiday season to make it quick before the temp tag expires which was never explained before during the sales process. I would expect this message to be reviewed and for someone to reach out to me to work toward a resolution, rather than letting it go unanswered. More

Alan Kirsch was my first contact after I looked online for a Volvo. While it was at the Doylestown store he had it brought in for me to drive. Once I drove it I wondered why I was driving all those German for a Volvo. While it was at the Doylestown store he had it brought in for me to drive. Once I drove it I wondered why I was driving all those German cars for many years. Service has been over the top as well. The entire crew but especially Rich Barr who usually takes care of me. I can’t say enough. This dealership exemplifies the meaning of customer service in every way possible. More
