Great through purchase process. No-pressure. We bought certified pre-owned and only came with one key fob which we mentioned prior to leaving with new car. They promised to locate k No-pressure. We bought certified pre-owned and only came with one key fob which we mentioned prior to leaving with new car. They promised to locate key fob and get in touch with us. Multiple calls later after numerous no response to messages, I finally reached salesperson again and was told the car was traded in with only one key fob. Would have been nice to get response on first call or better yet, have them supply new key fob after we’d spent over $24,000 on vehicle. More
