Unfortunately, there is was active recall on your car and the vehicle is out of factory warranty by both time and mileage by a substantial margin. Timothyruiz, we apologize that your battery test took longer than anticipated. We followed up with our Service Director, Daniel McClure who noted that Andy, your advisor tried to jump start the vehicle and it would not jump - so it is not the battery that has issues. Thus, your vehicle needs further diagnosis. As you noted, we are short on loan cars as a byproduct of the chip shortage and supply chain and thus reservations are a couple weeks out for them.
