It was a pleasure working with our sales rep Chris Hallenburg.We had a choice between a barely used 2022 Bolt EUV or ordering a new 2023 model. Chris took a lot of time with us and answered all of our Hallenburg.We had a choice between a barely used 2022 Bolt EUV or ordering a new 2023 model. Chris took a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions but never pressured us one way or the other. We opted to sleep on it and make our decision the next day and Chris was still all help and no pressure. We ordered the new 2023 model and thanks to Chevrolet and the Jennings dealership our Bolt arrived in time to take advantage of the full $7,500 tax credit. I know from the online chat boards that many others have had to wait a lot longer. When we picked up our new car, Chris made sure the car was ready to go, answered all of our questions, helped pair the car with my cell phone, set up online services, etc. I'm a happy customer and I'll definitely return to Jennings when it's time for service. Jennings Chevrolet, I drove 1.5 hr after being told on the phone I would get a fair trade in for me car. Of course whould not commit on the phone, but was assured it would not be a whole sale number. then the phone I would get a fair trade in for me car. So I pull the trade in from the deal and work on a price without trade in we agreed on a price after I stated very clearly any price we discussed must include tax documents or any other fees. Sales manager Francisco agreed. So I set up my loan at fincial credit union in Ottawa Illinois.Francisco from Jennings Chevy had added in 2500$ for tax’s and doc and other handling fees after the long conversation we had in his office! So this dealership dealt in deception and liying wasting 4 days of my time and money!! After 11more days on 2/11/20 lm still looking for a Durango. And after reapply for different loan I find out my credit is. Damaged due to Jennings Chevrolet shopping around to find me a loan after I told them I had arranged my own financing . And after I was pressured to buy the Durango is still there. Once again lying misleading manipulation is what you get at Jennings Chevrolet!!!!!! More
