Appointment at 8 o’clock dropped it off was told it be an hour. Told him I would be at back by one to pick it up. Was not ready. Did not give them 5 starts because dealership added two "accessories" with a cost of $1200 without asking and I did not find out about it until day before purchase. I think they should have been transparent about the accessories and given me the choice of whether I wanted them (I did not). More

I have a 2010 Prius and we are super happy with the aftermarket seat heaters. super nice to have heated seats.
