Avoid this dealership. Better Business Bureau shows 11 Avoid this dealership. Better Business Bureau shows 11 complaints filed!!! After visiting the Stateline and test driving a vehicle ADVERTISED as Cer Avoid this dealership. Better Business Bureau shows 11 complaints filed!!! After visiting the Stateline and test driving a vehicle ADVERTISED as Certified Pre-owned I was advised that the online price DID NOT include $1600 fee for the BASIC Certified preowned warranty! I was also advised there was a $900 FEE because I was not financing the vehicle through the dealership. Two big BAD surprises!! And both of them were lies! The bad guy is TONY. A fish rots from the head down. If the general manager knows customers get treated this way..he is just as guilty. They advised me I should have read the disclaimer. Which does not mention those fees, by the way. These types of fees are NOT customary across other Nissan dealerships. I was offered a trade in value at least $2555 LESS than the suggested Kelly Blue Book trade in value of our existing vehicle. So shady. They wanted me to pay $2400 in BOGUS fees "ABOVE" THE ADVERTISED PRICE ! The tone received I received was "The customer is always wrong" at Stateline. I would not recommend Stateline Nissan to my worst enemy !! If this review was helpful to you give it a thumbs up so more people see it and less people get screwed by Stateline Nissan. More

Buyer beware. 150 point insp NOT performed as Chris explained over the phone..... tires worn, air filter was black and never replaced, not detailed as well. The sales rep was very good! Other than that my experience was not good! More

The way Shopping should be! I have purchased over 15 vehicles over the years and I gotta say Juan Zapata has to be the best sales professional my Wife and I have dealt with. No pressure approach, he was more knowledgeable about the 2 vehicles we where looking than the brochures. He took the time to answer all our questions and and demonstrated the safety and technology features.. After the sale he checked in to see if we had anyone questions about the vehicles feature.. He really made it a great experience at State Line Nissan. More
