I was pleasantly surprised. I was calling around trying to find a 2024 manual supra and everybody I spoke to wanted 20% more than advertised MSRP. It was just like Covid again l I was calling around trying to find a 2024 manual supra and everybody I spoke to wanted 20% more than advertised MSRP. It was just like Covid again lol by chance I called my local dealer and was quite amazed that they had a 2024 manual available and that they were willing to take my trade . they had to see my trade before giving me a actual price but that wasn’t a problem. So when I finally got there with my trade I called the dealer and told him I was at their location. To my pleasant surprise, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Al Toussaint Who stated he was a salesman and was going to help me. Let me tell you I was treated like royalty with such professionalism and courtesy . Incredibly he took out a piece of paper and wrote down what I wanted my wish list and went to work for me for the price of the car and my trade within 15 minutes we had a deal done and everything that I wrote down on the paper was written on my contract, no deviation at the finance personnel’s office who was also very professional Arslan Aslam, and Frank Hussain . I just left there with a good feeling. And no buyers remorse lol if you’re looking for a Toyota, I would definitely check them out first and tell them Steve sent you and you want the same professionalism and courtesy More

Over 6 hours there. Prices when signing were not what was agreed on. Details on the car were not correct on the spec sheet. The interior was a completely different color Prices when signing were not what was agreed on. Details on the car were not correct on the spec sheet. The interior was a completely different color. Items were promised that were not there on arrival. Salesperson was not educated on the vehicle. Told me to download an app in order to start my car from my phone and get alerts if someone is trying to break in. My car did not even come with remote start. Had I known this I would not have leased this car. The spec sheet was not reviewed with me. My sales person was working with multiple customers at one time and didn’t actually sit down to review my car. After waiting 5 hrs to see the car, there were different running boards and no weather tech mats which. I was originally told were delivered on every 4Runner. I was promised weather tech mats now that the price was different than what discussed after waiting 6 hours. I requested to sit with finance prior to the car arriving to make sure the pricing was correct and I was told that I could not until the car got inspected however a day earlier I sat with finance at massapequa Toyota within an hour. I would not have bought this car. I was at massapequa Toyota the day before and had a deposit down on the same vehicle WITH remote start. I would have purchased that car. I am extremely displeased with the process and frustrated to find no remote start. I have a 4 month old child which makes it challenging for me to start my car prior to leaving.. I would never pay $600 a month for a car with no remote start More
