Both Jalen and Gregg were very responsive to our requests for videos and additional information. They were professional and very pleasant throughout this multi-day buying process. When we encountered a scheduling glitch at the 12th hour to travel down and swap our Explorer trade in for the Armada, Gregg suggested that Jalen had agreed to drive the Armada up to us, pick up the Explorer and return back to the dealership. We had never experienced such a high level of customer satisfaction like this before! Jalen arrived at our house with the Armada and allowed us to physically inspect the vehicle and test drive it before final acceptance of the deal. The car was immaculate, almost brand new! We were thrilled with the entire experience! We absolutely love our new/used Armada, and will never forget our new friends at Heritage! We cannot say enough about both Jalen and Gregg, and highly recommend using this dealership for your next car buying experience! You will not be disappointed! I have never seen a general manager cursed at customer in my life but this guy took the trophy. Recently, I went to Heritage CDJR in Owings Mills and it was awesome, mostly because of Nick Kam, my sales guy. Nick was super friendly and made everything easy to understand. He really listened to what I needed and helped me out a lot. The place was welcoming and I felt comfortable right away. Nick was patient and always had a smile, even when I asked a bunch of questions. I never felt pushed to buy something I didn't want. It was like having a friend who knows a ton about cars help me shop. I left with a great car and a sweet deal, all thanks to Nick. If you go there, ask for him. He's great! More

We haven’t bought a new car in 10 years. We went to Heritage on a whim the other night. Talked with Kevin about a Wrangler Jeep. We said we may be back the next day. The buying process was horrible but they got it done for what I wanted eventually. Also seemingly unexperienced sales people. But That is okay , the car buying process can be like that . They are horrible with no bright side - the advisor I have been dealing with is arrogant , unfriendly , unpleasant and I just really dislike coming there for him alone. The manager was just like him , ever meet someone that thinks they are being nice but it's not the case - that's him - phony !!! It doesn't help they don't get my issues resolved and I have to bring my car numerous time to the one place I hate going because the customer service is so horrible . Today was my final straw . I will just go to a different dodge unfortunately to save myself the aggravation !! Be aware !! More
