Al met us right away and listened to what we needed in a car. He made several recommendations and allowed us the freedom to test drive as many cars as we wanted. There was no pressure and no selling, just information that we needed. Al found the perfect car for us with everything we wanted. He had it ready for pick-up on time, with radio stations set and all. After driving home in it and having it for a couple of days, he immediately followed up with a call to make sure we were still happy and satisfied. Which we are! This was actually my second visit to the dealership for a new car. The first one did not go so well and I did not walk out with a Subaru. I gave the dealership a second chance, and met Al. Honestly, if it weren't for him being the one to help us find our car, I'm not sure we would have bought it from Subaru of Wakefield. More
