If I could give this dealership a negative score, I
would. Initially, everything went great — the deal was done, and we even left positive reviews at the salesperson’s request. Then, right as the sales
would. Initially, everything went great — the deal was done, and we even left positive reviews at the salesperson’s request. Then, right as the salesperson was taking our new car to fill it up with gas, they accidentally hit another vehicle on the dealership lot with the car we just purchased.
From that moment, the dealership’s tone completely shifted. Instead of taking responsibility and making every effort to right this wrong, a manager offered us $200. Of course we refused the “offer.”
The General Manager informed us that he would not cover the cost of repairing the damage (to our satisfaction) caused by his own employee. We were shocked and disappointed to be told they wouldn’t restore the car to the condition it was in when we signed the papers — not even 10 minutes earlier.
To make matters worse, we were spoken to with disrespect, and when we expressed our dissatisfaction, the GM told us, “If you don’t like it, go vote.” (What in the world would the matter at hand have to do with voting?)
In the end, we had no choice but to void the purchase. We expected much better from a professional dealership. I would highly advise anyone considering this place to think twice.
