THIS IS A COMPLAIN i have purchased a 2020 E350 from SILVER STAR MOTORS @ 8000 miles, two months ago from salesperson "Victor Babb", the vehicle had minor scratches on back bumper during the purchasing SILVER STAR MOTORS @ 8000 miles, two months ago from salesperson "Victor Babb", the vehicle had minor scratches on back bumper during the purchasing process that i didn't notice until after further inspecting the vehicles once i got home. last week the vehicle showed a check engine light. i spoke to the service advisor "Eric" to fix the check engine problem and for the minor scratches on the bumper, he mentioned to speak to the pre certified manager by the name "Sandeep" Sandeep was on “Vacation” and some other dude by the name “Daniel” was covering for him, after multiple of attempts to speak to the manger. they connected me with Daniel and he wasn't attentive to my concerns and he refused to fix the existing damage on the vehicle that was already there before purchasing it. “Daniel” was very unprofessional, unpolite and ghetto telling me to go call the cops and then threatened to flag me as a "bad customer" in their system. couple of hours pass and the service advisor Eric calls me and says "we refuse to service your vehicle" go take it somewhere else. This is a pre certified vehicle that i just bought from them literally two months ago and was driven less than 180 miles to be going through such issues and unprofessional, unpolite and careless customer service. if i knew this is how it was gonna end up i wouldn't have bought a vehicle from them, i feel scammed! THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THEM!! More

This is my 2nd car from Jay Dari and the team at Silver star, i can’t recommend him as a sales person enough! The whole staff from the General Manager Mo to the Finance manager Al were absolutely amazing. star, i can’t recommend him as a sales person enough! They were able to make the order process a breeze from the start to the end, the result is i am happily driving around one of the first 2024 S580s on the east coast. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Silver Star and especially my sales rep, Victor Babb. I purchased my vehicle from out of town, sight unseen. I immediately met Victor by email from Silver Star and especially my sales rep, Victor Babb. I purchased my vehicle from out of town, sight unseen. I immediately met Victor by email and phone and felt totally comfortable working with him from a distance. He quickly responded to my myriad of questions, and I appreciated that. I requested photos and he sent me all the photos I asked for, PLUS a video tour of the car. Victor helped with one of inspections required by my State by quickly obtaining and then sending me the inspection papers required by New York so I could obtain a waiver in my State. Victor worked closely with the auto transport company I hired to bring the car to me, using his experience with out-of-state sales to act as my eyes and ears throughout the process of getting the car on its way to me. My transport company required documentation when the car was being loaded and Victor completed this process for me. I also worked with Al, one of the business managers at Silver Star, in processing the paperwork and that went off without a hitch. I would not hesitate to do business with Silver Star and especially Victor again. More

It’s with a heavy heart, sadness, and bitter to write about my experienced at buying a car at an institution that pride itself on quality and good customer service. I was taken for a sucker, an ignoramu about my experienced at buying a car at an institution that pride itself on quality and good customer service. I was taken for a sucker, an ignoramus, a fool mesmerized by the beauty of a black 2020 C300 Me/Be with 26+ miles at a selling price of $37+K. I was charged for Warranty and service contract that I thought was included in the purchased price since I was not toll of the cause of these items at the signing of selling contract. The Financial officer along with the sale agent, Christopher Marte, gave me a Me/Be Service Contract? For $4,245.00?, Me/Be PPM 3 Yr/30K? For $2,660?, Me/Be tire/Wheel for $3,616.00, Silver Motor Doc Fee $175.00, Registration Fee $300.00 and inspection Fee $37 for grand total of $11,033.00 financed at a whapping 9.25% interest rate when my credit score is at 775 points. I was not in my right state of mind at the time of this purchased. I was on a trance. I was a zombie if you will call it that. They just pointed at where to sign and initial and I did that without realizing my misstate. When I got off my trance, zombie state, I checked the purchase contract and notice all the additional charges and even the mileage in contract was writing as 21,839 when in fact the actual mileage at time of purchase was 26,386 miles. This sales contract was abusive and unnecessary to make a profit on my excitement and ignorance. I do not recommend you to buy from this Mercedes Benz dealership. If you do, get out of your zombie state, your trance, read the numbers and fine print. They took advantage of this old man mesmerized by the beauty the Black C-300 2020 seating at my garage.
