From the first time I spoke with Al I realized I was dealing with a straightforward honest individual that I could count on to give me the best price he could on a new vehicle. Buying a vehicle is not dealing with a straightforward honest individual that I could count on to give me the best price he could on a new vehicle. Buying a vehicle is not one of my favorite experiences and Al and Carlos made it as "painless" as possible. Haggling was not necessary or even considered. Both gentlemen were "muy simpatico" throughout the entire purchasing process. Throw in one Kevin Sawyer for last minute techno-communication support and I left the dealership completely satisfied with my experience. More

I have been dealing with Parks Ford for 14 years now and enjoy each and every time i go into the dealership to either purchase a new vehicle or service my existing vehicle. Al Brooks, Frank Lacey, Bob W, an enjoy each and every time i go into the dealership to either purchase a new vehicle or service my existing vehicle. Al Brooks, Frank Lacey, Bob W, and Alan Sarne are all top notch individuals that offer top quality customer service.
