The dealership as a whole is very well-known and respected in the Capital Region. My recent experience with the Service Center was not good. I dropped it off for an oil change and I was promised the respected in the Capital Region. My recent experience with the Service Center was not good. I dropped it off for an oil change and I was promised the vehicle for 1:00 PM. I received a text message to track the vehicle which I did. The status never changed. At 1:30, I called and received the receptionist and I was told to call back as my service rep was at lunch. I called back and received a voicemail. I called again later and I was hung up on. I called at 5:30 and I was told the car was ready by the receptionist, not my service advisor. I picked up my keys at the desk (complimentary oil change) and retrieved my vehicle from the lot. When I got in, it was evident that someone had taken a nap in the front passenger set of my vehicle. The front seat was in the full recline position and there was an odor in the vehicle. So much so that I had to wind my windows down to air it out- pungent. The next day, I received a call from the Service Advisor (who had never called me or contacted me the day prior) who accused me of not paying for my service. I had arranged for my service through the phone application, which clearly indicated it was a complimentary service. No apologies for the previous day, no mention of the lack of communication, or sleeping in my car, just accusatory for not paying my bill. A simple search within his databases would have resolved his inquiry. Not impressed for my first visit to this service center! More

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. 90 minutes after arriving I sent a text messaging asking for an estimate on how much longer it would take and got no response. 2 hours after arriving 90 minutes after arriving I sent a text messaging asking for an estimate on how much longer it would take and got no response. 2 hours after arriving when my rep walked through I asked again and said I had been there for 2 hours and they acted shocked. They came out 10 minutes later and said they needed another 30 minutes. 2 hours and 45 minutes later my car was brought to me. Horrible customer service since day 1 of dealing with Denooyer and VERY unlikely to ever return. More
