As usual great service, why? Company has been around for years with no gimmicks or yelling at you with stupid dealer commercials. I like the service as Chris Aloisi knows of my needs for the situation as it arises. I will continue to use this facility as long as I have the 2 vehicles bought there. The negative aspect is being constant the situation as it arises. I will continue to use this facility as long as I have the 2 vehicles bought there. The negative aspect is being constantly called upon for a new car after I told this person (Taylor”Sam” Nolan) that wished not to be contacted no longer and this person agreed the first two times. Akiem ( In service) ) treated me excellent by getting me in for service as an add on for Oil change and tire rotation. I had had to cancel the day before due to weather and I was told to come the next day t in for service as an add on for Oil change and tire rotation. Service dept is a big part of where I purchase a car. I brought my car in TWICE for my heater and gave them $108.00, and it’s exactly the same as the first time I brought it in!! I do want that mon I brought my car in TWICE for my heater and gave them $108.00, and it’s exactly the same as the first time I brought it in!! I do want that money back!!! There’s no reason I should have to pay for something that isn’t fixed!!! More

This is about the 5th review I received…. not happy at all. My heater is not fixed(legs are still freezing). Brought it in twice!!! Also, I want my $108.00 back.
