We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and apologize for your experience. You originally came in with a rear impact sensor hanging down from the rear bumper. The part was broken and nothing was noted in our system or on the estimate, so we tried to do the right thing and repair it. We ordered the sensor and when you returned to have it installed, we then realized the bracket was also broken and had to order that part. The parts are in and we will be reaching out to schedule a time for you to come have this installed. Again, we apologize for your experience and hope that you will be satisfied with the outcome and will be able to update your review accordingly.
