I am seriously disgusted with how this place has treated my sister! When she left the parking lot with her new SUV, the backup screen wouldn’t turn on. That was 3 MONTHS AGO, and her new car is still sitting at Auto Web Expo with no estimated time of when they are going to have it repaired! They keep giving her the run around, tons of excuses. She’s on her 2nd loaner car from them. They told her yesterday they would finally be getting the part from Ft Worth today and she could finally pick up her car today. Well, they never called her today to come get it! It is absolutely infuriating to see her be so excited for a new car, just to have it crushed by these sleezeballs at this car lot! As someone who has years experience in customer service, the disregard and lack of communication this place has for their customers is flabbergasting and a down right shame! This place puts the stereotype car salesman front and center! I hope you guys make this situation right by my sister, or I can let my 6K followers in a popular Facebook group I run continue these reviews for me, K? MAKE IT RIGHT!
