Unfortunately, my experience with Hall Nissan was significantly tarnished by one employee. I had an appointment to sell my used vehicle, which had already been appraised by the dealership, and everyt significantly tarnished by one employee. I had an appointment to sell my used vehicle, which had already been appraised by the dealership, and everything was set to proceed. Nakiah Troullier informed me that she needed to re-appraise the car to verify the mileage since my last visit a week prior. After about 20 minutes, she returned, claiming the volume knob was malfunctioning, and offered to buy the car for the original appraisal price minus $1,500 to cover the cost of replacing the knob. I explained that the knob was functional and simply needed cleaning. After cleaning it, the volume control worked perfectly, so I returned to Hall Nissan within 30 minutes and asked Ms. Troullier to take another look. She agreed that the knob worked but then expressed doubts about its durability and refused to honor the original appraisal. When I pointed out her contradictory statements and how this was wasting my time, she responded, "I didn't tell you to come back," before turning her back and walking away from me. I had to ask other employees for her name because she left before I could ask further questions. I would not recommend buying or selling a vehicle with Ms. Troullier. While other staff members were friendly and helpful, my interaction with her was unnecessarily disrespectful and unprofessional. More
