Negotiated a price, later to find out numbers were moved and added to the purchase price. I arrived back at the dealership to discuss my finding and was told too bad. Take it or they would place a lien on the vehicle and mark it as a repo and go after me with credit report and a repossession on my record. Very disappointing. Please everyone use a pen and paper go over the numbers before you sign anything. I was supposed to get a $2000. discount they denied such a deal. My salesmen when I asked twice about the discount, he stood there not saying a word.

Mr. Gross, thank you for sharing your feedback. After reviewing the paperwork and the events of your visit, we would like to clarify a few key points. You negotiated and agreed to a final out-the-door price prior to delivery. When you returned requesting an additional $2,000 discount after the sale was completed, we explained—accurately—that Arizona does not provide a cooling-off period for vehicle purchases and we had already agreed and sold you the vehicle for under our advertised price. During that conversation, you stated you also wanted a free TV during our Black Friday give-away where we again reiterated that was for all guest that made purchases done before NOON to which you both responded with, “I have an 800 credit score and plenty of money—these rules don’t apply to me.” We respectfully informed you that all dealerships are required to follow Arizona law and cannot renegotiate or unwind a finalized contract for that reason. The tax and pricing amounts in your signed contract were calculated correctly and in accordance with state requirements, and no threats or intimidation occurred. We understand this was not the outcome you preferred. Respectfully, Luis Becerra - General Manager 480-293-0254

Thank you for sharing your feedback. After reviewing the details, I’d like to clarify a few points. The preliminary proposal or worksheet you referenced is not a legally binding document; the signed retail installment contract is the final and enforceable agreement. Also, in the event our system in error were to over charge taxes on a final contract we 100% refund all tax title and licensing overages promptly Furthermore, In Arizona, there is no “cooling-off” period for vehicle purchases, and once the contract is signed, the terms are final. Throughout the process, you were negotiating an out-the-door price, and ultimately, you agreed to and signed for the vehicle under those terms. While we understand your concerns, we will not be applying any additional discounts beyond what was agreed upon at the time of purchase. We sold you a vehicle for less than our advertised price and while in the meeting with me I did give you a complimentary oil change and a complimentary fuel fill up during your service visit for your Pathfinder in hope of trying to bridge the gap of you attempting re-negotiate your completed sale, which you accepted. We appreciate your business and hope you enjoy your new vehicle. Respectfully, Luis Becerra - General Manager 480-293-0254

Mr. Becerra, I apparently was not at the same meeting with you on 12/1/25 when I returned the following day. After reviewing the events you outlined in your response, I find it troublesome how the events were twisted. I am not above the law and never stated I was, but that is really irrelevant to the matter. I assume Aiden (appearing to be an honest person) would have told you that your manager at the time of negotiations on 11/30 agreed to my counteroffer of less $2000. from the sales sub total of $43,990. taken from the "Proposal Prepared For" that afternoon. A tv was discussed but the counteroffer you wanted $200 for the tv not an important issue at this point either. One point to clarify is I took a photo of the Proposal (against the will of Aiden), and on it are the initials of the Manager and Aiden my "Sales Consultant". I do not see my signature on that document. I did sign the proposal with the approved managers initials for $2000. off. I still have options regarding this matter and are considering them. If you truly did review the paperwork, you may have notice I paid about $378.82 more for the car than from the initial proposal after all the juggling of numbers. There is one other item on the proposal that I brought to your attention the initial proposal has State taxes and fees at $5,881.26 ?
Respectfully, John Gross

Aiden negated unnecessary fees and focused on fitting my price point. Working with aiden felt like i was talking with a friend and he only wanted what was best for me and not for him. anytime i need a vehicle in the future i will be going to Aiden.
