Attempted to buy out our lease. Ahmed presented our buy out with a separate line item for the 60 month warranty. After going back and forth on numbers and down payments we were clea Ahmed presented our buy out with a separate line item for the 60 month warranty. After going back and forth on numbers and down payments we were clearly looking to save some money. Finally I told Ahmed I could buy the car but didn’t want the warranty. At that time all of a sudden he can’t sell us the car without the warranty. Whether that is true or not he should have told us that in the beginning. I was clearly frustrated after wasting time so I walked out with my wife. Ahmed followed us out and after a brief back and forth he then called me an “xxxxxxx” and that I know “nothing about nothing”. As a service progressional myself this could have been handled much differently to the point I likely would have bought the car from him. Now I will go out of my way not too. Completely unprofessional. I would never recommend or buy another vehicle there. More

Would give zero stars if possible. Went to their website, sent an inquiry about a vehicle they show on their website as being in stock, receive a call that I missed from their dealer Went to their website, sent an inquiry about a vehicle they show on their website as being in stock, receive a call that I missed from their dealership. Saw they sent an email as well from a Paul Weinberger. I give the a call back, speak to Paul, explain I’m roughly 2 hours away from their dealership, that I saw a car on their site, tell him the car, ask him if its available, he says yes, I ask what next steps would be, he tells me I need to come into the office to put down a deposit and sign paperwork. I ask him if this can be done over the phone, he says I need to come into the office, so we set up an appointment for the following week in the morning, and leave it at that. Appointment day comes up, I drive 2 hours to the dealership, walk in, Paul greets me and hands me off to his “product specialist” Ahmed. Ahmed asks me what vehicle I’m interested in, which surprised me given Paul already had this information – apparently he never shared it with Ahmed. I show Ahmed the vehicle, the VIN, stock #, etc. Ahmed looks up the vehicle, excuses himself to go speak with some other folks, comes back a few minutes later and explains the car was factory ordered for another customer. I ask him why Paul never told me that, he says he doesn’t know, and I ask him about the other 8 vehicles on their website (1 of which has a similar build as to what I’m looking for) and if he can check what is available. Ahmed comes back and tells me he only has one that is available, and it does not have the same features I’m looking for (the other vehicle with similar features despite being listed on their website apparently is also under contract). I explain I’m frustrated, how they made me drive 2 hours to come in person to allegedly sign some papers and put money down on a deposit for a vehicle I was told was available and how I’ll have to drive two hours back, get nothing more than an “I’m sorry” from Ahmed, how Paul should have handled this over the phone and I really should not have had to drive in, etc. I of course am angry, but Ahmed doesn’t really care – no offer of a gas card, no apology from management, nothing. Steer clear of this place – their salespeople apparently go above and beyond in lying to potential customers, going so far as to misrepresent how customers need to go in to physically place deposits, and misrepresenting the availability of vehicles to screw with potential customers. Worst experience ever at a dealership (which really should tell you something). Avoid at all costs. More

I think Ahmed should take some lessons from Paul and Henry! Top 5 star reviews up the waazoo! Unfortunately I got him. He's non existent in customer reviews going back almost 6 months. And I surely know why after dealing with his totally unethical comments for only 15 minutes. I've bought 34 new cars from over 20 dealership in my years. This experience was disgustingly a first! I didn't know it was proper for a salesman to tell a potential customer that "ALL that matters is putting as much money in MY pocket as possible!", "This is Capitalism." and "I'm not trying to save you money." Thats verbatim!! You should be embarrassed! More

This is the second vehicle that I have leased at Atlantic Cadillac and the professionalism we received the 1st time is what brought us back to the dealership. We couldn't believe the service I received last Cadillac and the professionalism we received the 1st time is what brought us back to the dealership. We couldn't believe the service I received last night was actually better than the first time we were at the dealership. The salesman Ahmed Elfar and manager John Nassour were incredible and went above and beyond to help my wife and I with the process to get our new vehicle. We walked in just trying to get an idea of what we could expect when our XT5 lease expired in January. With the crazy economy that has been hitting everyone our expectations were low that we could actually acquire another Cadillac. My wife enjoyed her car and really wanted to get an XT4 as her next one, but we were not optimistic due to the payments some of our friends were getting for their new vehicles. I have never walked into a dealership and by the time i was done was able to leave with my new XT4. Ahmed was determined to do whatever he could to get what we needed and to make this experience as pleasant as possible. John as a manger helped his salesman with the purchase and with whatever was needed to get our vehicle ready for delivery including filling it up with fuel and helping with getting it detailed so we could take it home that night. You can see that these two gentlemen really care about their customers and will go to great lengths to keep their clientele satisfied. You have a great staff and should be really proud to know that the high standards Cadillac sets are being met at this dealership. More
