I’m so happy with my 2024 Honda CR-V from Hendrick. Working with Philip and Amine felt like a family experience. Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge is one of the best dealerships I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the moment I called to make an appointment to take a look at a new minivan, to actually dealerships I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the moment I called to make an appointment to take a look at a new minivan, to actually showing up and seeing the vehicles they were nothing but polite and professional. A lot of other dealerships can be “pushy” or “aggressive” with sales, but Hendrick Honda of Woodbridge was everything but that. I am extremely satisfied with my car buying experience that they gave my family and I. Our dealer Philip was the best! I wish that every car dealership nationwide had a man as professional as him. He clearly communicated everything about the minivans that we looked at and showed every single feature of each vehicle. When it came time to decide which van we would go with, he was able to lay out the differences with each before we made our decision. When it came time to make the purchase, our Finance department rep, Larry was also extraordinary! He was able to work with us on financing, and Honda even beat my financial institutions interest rate on the new vehicle loan! He was also able to clearly explain the additional packages for our vehicle. My family and I are extremely satisfied with our experience overall, and if need another vehicle in the future, we will go out of our way to visit this dealership. Philip and Larry made the entire experience stress free and easy. Dealerships across the nation need employees like these. 10/10 across the board. More

In summary. Drove 1 hour. Both wife and myself took off work and had our infant with us. Passed off to 3 different people, unprofessional. Received a joke of a o Drove 1 hour. Both wife and myself took off work and had our infant with us. Passed off to 3 different people, unprofessional. Received a joke of a offer with a abysmal excuse by the lowest kind. They didn't know I've been in the same business as them for almost 20 years. So i have a pretty good idea of how things should run and do run. I know no dealer is perfect either. I know what Adesa, Manheim, KBB, NADA etc further making it a joke and insult. The offer was so low and insulting that talking about it wasnt or even on the table. I give them a suv with clean carfax clean interior tires over 9/32 brakes over 12/32 and under 80k miles and get almost half of its value. Why because the AC wasnt operating to capacity. Which could have been explained and talked about if they would communicate. But the being passed of thing 3 times that wasnt surprising. Then the 2019 van they are selling just by a quick glance in the parking lot needed to be decent atleast 2 tires (4-5/32nds) and should be 3 so they all have safe tread to match the 1 new tire. I swear the brakes werent even honda parts but were new. The hats on the rotors were corroded. I looked at new honda on the lot and those rotors appear coated and not corroded? I could be wrong , id have to see the repair order from when they installed them or go to pats and see one. But if im not selling a cpo car like that would be inexcusable to use aftermarket parts. Again i could be wrong and never had the chance even ask a question. And we never even drove it so who knows what else was done on the cheap. A rear wiper is torn and the rear window trim is peeling and cracked. BUT AC not performing, pump the brakes because thats inexcusable slash the offer and insult people right? Whos selling who a inferior product? Not me. I went to another dealer in Maryland received a offer for $8K more pretty much for my suv. You treat people right and communicate and things work out in this business and if thats what you want dont go here. Side note Ahmad Hassan the "manager" made eye contact with me and i did a proverbial head nod and asked hows it going as he walked to my car to do his "inspection." He ignored it and gave me a blank stare pretty much. Said nothing or smiled etc. Unprofessional and also a sign of what was coming. Almost this entire experience was embarrassing for this place. Bobby was very good though working with him over the phone. More

I bought my car from Hendrick Honda in Woodbridge. I live over an hour away from the dealership, but they had what I wanted. I first corresponded with the internet manager, Alex. He reached out to me after I submitted an online inquiry. He confirmed the vehicles were on the lot. Once I arrived, I met Phillip, my sales person. I told him about the cars I was interested in and he took me to see them. I really liked the vehicle. I had my own financing but Ahmad, sales manager, came over to introduce himself and discuss the numbers with us. He was professional, pleasant, and really fair on the price (especially in the current climate with a chip shortage and a limited number of new cars). He made sure that we were taken care of. He introduced us to Larry. Larry is a finance rep. He made sure that we were getting the best deal (i was using my own financing). He explained all of the optional items , went through all of the paperwork, and wasnt irritated that we changed the title information the next day and had to redo the paperwork. There was an issue with the network at my bank which prevented them from printing my check. The entire team was super patient and we made sure that we communicated any updates. When we came to pick up the car, Phillip sat in the car with us and helped us to get acclimated to the features of the car and showed us how everything worked. He was patient and detailed. We had such a positive experience, we would have no problem coming that far in the future to purchase another car from them.
