I recently brought my truck to Diamond Chevrolet in

When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I decided to inspect it. To my surprise, I noticed what appeared to be oil leaking from the newly replaced oil filter. I immediately brought it to the staff’s attention, and they took the truck back into the shop—only to wipe the leaking oil off with a rag rather than actually addressing the issue.
To make matters worse, less than an hour after leaving the dealership, the coolant warning light came back on, despite the invoice claiming that the reservoir and sensor had been replaced.
This service cost an outrageous $1,100, and yet the original problems remain unresolved. The lack of quality and attention to detail is extremely frustrating, and I’m left questioning whether my vehicle was properly serviced at all.
I expected far better from a professional service department. I hope others carefully consider this experience before bringing their vehicle here for service.
