The dealer lied and told me the installed LoJack anti theft was for life. No expires in a year. Said the step for the tailgate was automatic it's manual. It has been over 2 months and they have had to send me 2 temp tag extensions because my Plates have not come in. I live in Louisiana and went to my DMV and they have no record of my vehicle registration being sent to them. I have tried to call over and over and when I can get someone to answer the phone they send me to someone who never answers or after it rings for several minutes someone will answer and immediately hang up. I asked to speak to a manager that never answers either. Now to top it off we got a letter from our DMV stating our trade in was still in our name and we had 10 days to provide paperwork of sale or our divers license would be flagged for no insurance. I called the main toyota company and they are looking into it now. More

After paying $199. for oil change & Tire rotation/balance…the tire tech broke my sensor and the feckless service dept quoted me $299. Said it was coincidental! I have been loyal to this dealer since 2020…and I do not think once they have not caused more damage to my vehicle then when I brought it in…all they do is quote/charge customers outrageous amounts of money and then give you the dead eye when they screw up!!! * 12/3/2022; broke tire sensor * 5/2022; left loud rattle inside dash board when changing cabin filter. * 5/2022; left a dragging piece of under cover to rear of vehicle where it literally dragged till discovered! First off they really pressure you into getting a vehicle ASAP! I kept telling him I needed time to think about it, should have listened to my instinct. I purchased a 2020 Corolla, and within less than 60 da ASAP! I kept telling him I needed time to think about it, should have listened to my instinct. I purchased a 2020 Corolla, and within less than 60 days I already had a problem with the car. It ended up costing me $860 out of pocket, even though I am paying for an extra warranty that is supposed to cover everything. They are horrible at customer service, and the manager won’t return my call. I can’t wait to be done with them and into another vehicle! I would recommend to stay away from this dealership. Very unprofessional, and that is being kind at the least! More

We purchased a used 2020 Toyota Camry. They told us that it was Toyota certified and that it was in a minor fender bender. I found out by my insurance provider that it was in an accident and the collision r it was Toyota certified and that it was in a minor fender bender. I found out by my insurance provider that it was in an accident and the collision repair was over 7,000.00 dollars and medical there were claims. That's no minor fender bender. I went back to the dealership and spoke to Jose and shared the information with him. He was so rude and was such a smart xxx. He said it could have been that the driver ran into a mail box. He refused to further assist me, turned me away and said that I have to contact carfax if I have a problem with the vehicle. To me I think Toyota didn't do enough research about the vehicle and only cares about their sales. More
