If you are being technical I bought a used car, but barely used. I had my expectations of salespeople (which was not great) completely overthrown within 30 seconds of walking over to the Chevy I had my heart set on. I am so beyond thrilled that Josh Pepin walked over in his bright blue shirt and asked what brought us to Imperial that day. It helped that I had done my homework and knew what cars I wanted to test drive from the ad in the Webster Times. I had planned on going to some other dealers that day but after the test drives with Josh I had a good feeling this company was all I needed to see. Plus they had the exact car I was looking for. The signing process with Ahmad Al-Jallad couldn't have gone better as he explains where every last dollar goes with clarity and patience. The price seems to go up $5000 more than the sticker price which is everything from the services, financing, tax, title, license and all the safety features. You will feel confident putting your money towards it all because you are not only buying a car you are entering into an agreement for a full service experience and a brand new family. With me coming from a family who owns mechanic shop, I feel now that my Dad can retire fully finally knowing a company like IMPERIAL is going to be taking care of me and my car holding to the standards that he would. He can rest knowing he never has to do an oil change for me again. Ahmad was able to meet my whole family and IMPERIAL paid for our lunch at the Miss Mendon Diner after the sale was final. They checked in every step of the process in the week following and since Josh knew my current car was overheating and I was having a stressful time getting through the week without my new car he made special arrangements to help me get it earlier! I am so happy. I can't thank you enough JOSH PEPIN (who wants to be a movie zombie! We'll make this happen) and AHMAD AL-JALLAD who I couldn't resist calling Papa at least once! I also want to thank everyone else involved from the bottom up from the people behind the scenes, to the people at the Diner, those who prepared the car for me in servicing and anyone who I can't think of that helped this happen, Five star team. More

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a car dealershi My intention was to go and test drive a 2019 Chevy Colorado in order to compare it to a Tacoma and Ridgeline I had already driven. I told them upfront My intention was to go and test drive a 2019 Chevy Colorado in order to compare it to a Tacoma and Ridgeline I had already driven. I told them upfront that I wasn’t going to do the dog and pony show where the salesman goes back and forth with his superiors before finally coming back with a negotiable price. I just wanted their best offer upfront. Eduardo Ramirez, the salesman, took me for a test drive, clearly pointing out all the features of the Colorado. When we got back to the dealership, he was very low key in his sales approach and easy to deal with- no high pressure tactics. I was given a very fair value for my trade-in right away, which made coming to an agreement on purchase price fairly easy. Next step was meeting with Ahmad Al-Jallad, the Business Manager about financing. We were very honest with each other, and when I told him his first effort was not going to work (I had walked out of a previous meeting at another dealership over the same APR), Ahmad continued to work at ways of getting me a better rate. He showed a lot of respect towards my position, as I did with his efforts. We finally came to an agreement, and the deal was done. I must say, this is the first time I have felt really good about coming to a deal on a new vehicle, and I have done many over fifty years. More
