Over the past several years, she has worked her way up from Salesperson to Business Development Agent, then BDC Manager, and has led as Internet Sales Director for the past five years. She attended the University of Memphis, majoring in Psychology and Business Economics, which has helped shape her customer-first approach and leadership style. Outside of work, Aereal enjoys gaming, reading, spending time with her family and her dog, and has a passion for singing and performing. What she loves most about her job is seeing people succeed within their roles and working to change the perception of the car business by providing the best possible customer experience.
