Great Experience I had been looking for a vehicle 4 months and had gone to several dealerships. When I went to Henry Brown really was not looking to buy. I had my mind set on a Toyota Highlander my daughter wanted me to check out the Buick. Butch had just taken in a trade for a 2014 GMA Acadia. I really liked it but was not prepared to buy it that day. I had not had or bought a newer vehicle for quite awhile and wanted my kids to look at it to reconfirm my decision. Butch and his managers were very understanding. I love my Acadia and am very appreciative for Butch. For a first time new car buyer I couldn’t have asked for a better deal on my new Acadia and Dylan worked really well with me on making that happen. The dealership was nice, clean and very professional. I also enjoyed a free cheese steak sandwhich on Saturday. from choosing the car, making the deal, and financing I couldn’t be more satisfied with how it went. Kenny hooked me up on some after market tint and he was really nice and got me in and out quick. Adrian in finance was an absoulute pleasure as well. She was really helpful in finance and explained everything so easily. She really seemed to know what she was doing. Finishing the paperwork with her was a breeze. I actually was not intending to lease a GMC Acadia at this time, as I was nearing the last half year of my (then) current lease of a 2016 GMC Terrain, but after test driving the 2017 Acadia and discussing the terms available to lease one, everything just fit. I had dealt with Rickie on my previous transaction at Henry Brown and was pleased to do so again. More
