I needed more space than my two door convertible, but still fun to drive. I explained everything I was looking for to Adriana before I went in. She definitely understood the assignment. When I arrived she had two vehicles waiting for me to drive. It only took one! I fell in love with the AMG GT 43. It gave me space for the grandkids, but still very cool. I must say that every single person I had contact with at the dealership could not have been nicer. From the woman who was cleaning the ladies room, the guys in the service area, Matt- who walked me through everything the car does, as well as Sal in finance. It was a pleasure dealing with each and everyone of these people. I truly believe that you can have the best product there is, but if your staff doesn't measure up it doesn't matter. More

But from my observations, the excellence starts at the top from Ray and Leigh the GM at the Freehold location. Lee in particular makes sure that every potential customer is given top notch service. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone considering buying or servicing a Mercedes Benz. One small disappointment, we brought our car to have the license plates put on. While there we asked about a car wash - a service we know has been offered for years but one we have not taken advantage of. To our surprise, we were told that this service is not offered. Taylor overheard the conversation and took care of it for us. More
