This is the second time I Purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Tucson. Adrian was my sales person. Professional, outstanding very friendly and responsive. DON'T PURCHASE FROM MERCEDES-BENZ OF TUCSON DON’T PURCHASE FROM MERCEDES-BENZ OF TUCSON I purchased a new Sprinter from Mercedes-Benz of Tucson in February 2020. After the sales, I found out th DON’T PURCHASE FROM MERCEDES-BENZ OF TUCSON I purchased a new Sprinter from Mercedes-Benz of Tucson in February 2020. After the sales, I found out that you are not needed anymore and that they only need to move on to their next victim. Most of the staff including the General Manager will not even return your phone call after the sale with questions or concerns. Yes during the sales process the staff was all over me to help and several told me to call with questions. So I did and they did not return any of my calls. I told Adrien the Sprinter Sales Manager that I was going to title in another state. I was told that I would still have to pay a city tax and that it was cheaper to do the sales tax in Arizona. I was also told that I would have to purchase license plates and that I will be able to receive a refund from the state of Arizona for that plate. I now have been told by the State of Arizona that I have been misled and that I will not be able to receive a refund for the license plate. This dealership has now cost me more than a 1000.00 dollars. This would have been more than enough to make up for the city tax. These people do this day in and day out and to tell me this will happen and it does not happen is unacceptable. I was also told that the Sprinter Van had options on it and after the purchase, I was not able to locate those options and that the Sprinter sales manager was going to find out what was going on. He is the expert and told me he knows these Sprinters inside and out. Well that not true. It is now the middle of March and I am still waiting on how to access these options. What I have learned from all the dealing with Mercedes-Benz of Tucson and its personnel is that if you are concerned it they are lying to you. HORRIBLE Adrian was OK 1st day 2nd day he was stressed and did not care as much at the end all he wanted was a sale. I let him know I would never go back felt pressure at the end did not want to purchase due to Greg finance being unprofessional and rude . I asked Greg a simple question where in my contract does it show you gave me a discount all he said " We did give one you can go ahead and write a check for original yet he could not explain , he started laughing sarcastically and was very rude . I left his office so I can cool down came back gave him paperwork and told him to mail me my check . I called an Huber so I can leave Adrian came after me I told him and he said I will talk to him he shouldn't of done that and just wanted to make the sale Adrian did not care either . Ended up taking the Sprinter felt pressure by Adrian he brought all paperwork outside and would not take no for an answer I in the car very upset and pressured. NOT TO MENTIONED I SPEND 4 HOURS AND $42, 560.79 FOR THAT TREATMENT I'm still in shock ! Very disappointing in such a high standard company how I was treated . I will never go back I wanted to write a review so other customers pay attention and they don't get mistreated finance has the responsibility to answer your questions and don't get pressure by a sales person that just wants to make his commission , Thank you Greg and Adrian for the horrible experience you gave me . His response to my questions an concerns after the fact are 100% plus customer service. I would recommend him any day. John Hornbeck has sent me e- mails and letters thanking me for purchasing a Mercedes Benz. Always felt he was in my corner. With all the gifts an letters and e-mails I have received showing me customer appreciation, I really do feel like part of the Mercedes family.
